Amenities in each building include outdoor hot tubs, fitness room, bike and ski storage, granite counter tops, slate floors, underground parking, 24-hour front desk and reception located in Lincoln House, daily housekeeping, concierge and bell services.
All accommodations include gas fireplace, television, DVD player, telephones,
high speed Internet access, balcony, fully equipped kitchen and dining
area. Rates do not include 12.00% tax and .75% Village civic fee.
Minimum stay requirement may apply, cribs available upon request for a
nightly fee. Sorry, no pets allowed.

Deposit
and Cancellation Policy
A credit card deposit payment of the first night room rate is due at the time the reservation is made. Cancellations and/or changes 14 days in winter or 2 days in summer prior to arrival will result in a $35 service charge per room reserved. Cancellations and/or changes within 14 day in winter and 2 days in summer of arrival will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Upon check-in payment is required for the entire reservation and taxes, which are nonrefundable. Late arrivals and any package changes may result in rate and availability charges, or forfeiture of entire package amount plus tax.

Christmas Holiday Deposit and Cancellation Policy
For holiday reservations made before November 1st a credit card deposit of the first night's room rate is required. The remaining balance for the entire stay is due in full on November 1st. All reservations not paid in full by November 1st will be canceled without notice. Reservations canceled prior to November 1st will result in a $35 service charge per room reserved. All reservations made after November 1st will require payment in full by credit card at the time of booking. Any cancellations, early departure, or reservation changes after November 1st will result in full forfeiture of entire amount paid. Reservations are nonrefundable once paid in full for all room fees and taxes that apply. In the event of a cancellation, the advance deposit paid in full cannot be applied to a future reservation. All room rate and deposit/cancellation policies are subject to change prior to booking without notice. Additional discounts including midweek rates and promotional discounts are available; certain restrictions apply.
